Production Capabilities
With a serial of automated peptide synthesizers
including a multi-channel peptide synthesizer which can produce 96 different
peptides simultaneously and many in-house developed semi-automatic
synthesizers, our overall customer peptide synthesis capacity is 150 peptides
per week and will be increased to 300 peptides per week within a year. We currently operate
analytical and preparative HPLCs (Varian) for
analysis and purification of peptides. The current capacity for purification of
peptides is 80 samples per week. The
largest synthesis reactor can hold 200 grams of resin which allows us to
produce over hundred grams of peptides in a single run.

Quality Control
The synthesis
history for each peptide is recorded and stored as log files, including the
peptide information provided by the customer.
Every peptide is
processed for primary and secondary Q/C by HPLC and Mass-Spec analysis. If a
peptide cannot pass the Q/C, we would re-make the peptide without additional
charge.
All final
products are provided with a complete quality control package including HPLC
chromatograms to ensure purity and mass spectral analysis to confirm the
identity.
